Positive: Good communication with host. Apartment very welcoming and spotless. Very comfortable sofa. Lovely lighting and pictures and the little touches like very nice toiletries, . So nice to be able to eat out on the balcony. Very quiet area and covered secure parking a bonus. Negative: Further out than we thought from centre. We walked but should have taken the bus both ways. Would have liked a teapot, a jug and a kitchen towel

Useful residential property with free parking. Positive: It was easy & convenient for our requirements on this trip to Cambridge, which didn’t involve going into the town. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms worked.. and somewhere to cook - the balcony added extra space to the living room area. There was safe & free parking too. Negative: It’s not in a particularly attractive part of very beautiful Cambridge, there are no views from the living room for example.. but for us this wasn’t a criteria for this visit.

Excellent communication with owners . Lovely bright apartment. Positive: Spacious, clean well equipped. Great having two bathrooms. Quick and helpful communication with owners. Friendly and accommodating to our request. Negative: Nothing wrong

Positive: Location was good. Negative: Advertised as having a tumble dryer and did not have one.

Didn;'t stay due to host cancellation and would not recommend this property or its host Positive: Nothing Negative: We had booked months ago as my niece was getting married. I was taking my 96 year old aunt who has mobility issues and the venue had a lift. On the day of arrival I received an email to say they were cancelling my booking as the property was double booked. Cherie the host was extremely unhelpful. Had the cheek to ask me to send a cancellation request but promised to refund in full which i am still waiting for.. She also offered me a discount on future stays which I found very insulting. This caused an awful lot of stress and anxiety. I had also prebooked taxis to and from the venue.
